That's erroneous thinking.

When black men and black women DON'T argue, the white man doesn't "lose".

The white man "wins" (i.e maintains white privilege) whether black men and black women argue or not.

Besides, men and women of ALL RACES argue.

That's part of being HUMAN.

To suggest that black men and black women should never argue takes away from their humanity.

Wouldn't it depend on what we discuss/debate/argue about!?

Ike and Tina Turner not only argued...they FOUGHT. Nevertheless, they made MILLIONS of dollars in spite of the racial oppression designed to impoverish black people.

As in MANY such cases, (Aretha Franklin and Ted White, Mr. and Mrs. "Sugar" Ray Robinson, etc.) the white man didn't win.
