Notifications anyone?

We need Notifications on this site just like Facebook. When you post on an existing thread or make a new one, you will be notified once someone comments on it so that you can keep up with that thread. Sometimes i will post something then forget all about it the next day. I usually end up losing track of the threads i create or post in, so i don't know what people have said(if they said anything). When we log in or are already logged in, there should be a small pop saying that someone has posted on what ever thread you just posted on. I think it will help keep threads alive and the discussion going.

i will probably forget about this one too. but yea, i thought it was a good idea.

and sorry to all about the threads I have started and forgotten about.

PS: It would be funny if we already had this feature somewhere and i just wasn't paying attention. lol i would look so bad right about now hahaha

You can receive email notifications when threads are posted to, whether you created the thread or not.


1. At the top of each thread you'll see ... THREAD TOOLS ... click it.

2. You'll see the option ... SUBSCRIBE TO THIS THREAD ... click it.

3. You'll be taken to a page, where you can choose at what intervals, if any, you want to be notified of additional posts.

4. If you choose to stop receiving email notifications from a thread, you can turn off the option by either editing your post, or by unsubscribing from the thread here.

5. You can also choose to subscribe to a thread, when you create it, on the thread creation page.

6. Premium Members can change their default email notification settings, via Edit Options.
