I do feel and think the Civil Rights and Black Power movements either misled the originators as well as their followers to presume and assume we also did have a collective sense of unity and/or a shared sense of identity, etc.
What is pretty obvious has to do with different regions having different ongoing issues/problems, etc.
I. e., what might work for our folks in some places, may not work at all, somewhere else...
My and the point: First let us do what is best for our immediate areas, and second let us truly find out if we can also come up with a common agenda, along the way...
As always, I also invite others to share your feelings/thoughts/etc., too...
