    THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN RAW FOOD AND LIVING FOOD

    Raw food is food provided by nature, organically grown in its' original uncooked state. It consists primarily of fruit, vegetables, nuts, seeds and grains. However, raw foods such as hard root vegetables, tough fibrous vegetables and un-sprouted nuts, seeds and grains are indigestible.

    This post should have been longer than it was as it relates to our people. all vegetables are not good for us. Some are grafted and others aren't. When you start this the people have to be educated on food combinations also. Furthermore, when you mention Acidic states in the body we must equally inform them that certain emotions or attitudes produce that same acidic state of being. then we have to inform them of why an alkaline state is needed. let me cut this one short too....cause actually there are threads on this from years gone by. Thanks for the input.

    Thanks but with all due respect

    I would have done so if this was a vegan, board but since I saw pork, beef lamb, and chicken metioed in categories I respece the readers views on what to eat or not and not discriminate

    it's no problem....the people here are very receptive to all information that will enhance their lives, especially with what they do not know that may be of their benefit.Since diet is a process in their spiritual development, their aging, their sexual longevity as well as the raising or opening up of their chakras, I'm more than sure that they would appreciate any and all information you may have for them.
