Dig no grave for me
No wood and brass
No 5 by 8 by 3
In a brick furnace
I want to burn
Don't spend too much
On a fancy urn

Ashes to ashes
Dust to dust
Take them to Africa
That is my wish
That is a must

Rent a helicopter
In the land of Zimbabwe
Where my ancestors listen
To my homecoming call
Drop my remains over Victoria Falls

The Kololo people will welcome me
A son returns
They will gather to see
As my ashes float downward
To the river Zambezi

The power of the falls will scatter some ashes
Swirling them about in the sweet African air
But they too will touch down
In the land of my dreams
Then I will know of rest
My sprit will be free
Do this
Please
Do this for me
