Peace....do you happened to know if the movie goes by another name? I enjoy Nollywood movies, and Stephanie Okereke is a good actress so I'd like to see this one. However, I can't seem to locate it on Youtube. Thanks.

Greetings SiS Blaklioness and Thanks for Sharing!

No I have no additional information...This was in fact, my introduction to Stephanie Okereke and an expanded view of the significance of Afreekan movies as well as the messages coming forth in them.

Any thoughts on the messages coming out of Nollywood peeps:?:
For those who are familiar with some of them (movies, actors, actresses) what's your take? Is the information helpful or harmful to the cause of Liberating the Afreekan Mind from european influence:?:

Peace Sister....I will tell you that I was introduced to these movies by a friend a few years back and have been hooked ever since. Now, some will be thrown off by the acting styles, but I personally find it refreshing to see all those beautiful Black faces dominate the screen. I will say that although I've found them to be entertaining, some are beginning to have too much American 'flavor' for my taste. Despite, I still enjoy many of the films--especially those tinged with culture and spiritual lessons and morals. Check this film out (Parts 1 and 2 are there.)...

http://www.bunibuni.com/index.php?option=com_seyret&Itemid=94 (Note: I just clicked on it to test the link; it will take you to the site but the movie I referenced didn't come up, so just type in "He Lives in Me" in the search engine there---you should find both parts of the movie.)

Later, I'll include some other particular favorites I've enjoyed over time. I wouldn't say that ALL of them were liberating, but many are refreshing.

Is this movie on DVD? and did you ever have this problem?
any help would be kewl :D
...by the way, welcome home sis, very good to see you on board.

Thanks..I will check back after I've seen a few! Looking at the clicks I shared, I get a sense of much "Amerikkkan flavor" as well.

I find your this interaction quite ...your honesty and sharing....quite REFRESHING as well...Thanks again for Sharing!

Ok Sister...I haven't forgotten. I will post as I find and remember some good ones. Some may be outside of Nollywood but still African. Again, you have to filter out some foolishness because despite their origin, there is still an infiltration of Westernized/Americanized imagery and values. This one is based out of Senegal....enjoy! There are twelve parts to this one, and it's entitled "Ceddo." Share your thoughts on them as you get the chance. I'll be back with more titles soon.
