I have had me a touch of THC
I bought into the claim of expanding
My horizon in my youth you see

That stuff had its hold on me
So I understand how it works

Going ninety miles an hour and standing still :slobber:
Even drove a few times under its awesome will
I hear Mary Jane calling me

She misses me and I miss her
But I say no because she isn’t fair
Every time I hold her in hand :spank:
She leaves traces of her presence in my clothes
I can’t show up for work with her on my mind :sand:
The looks you get when you give your time
It is not them who are paranoid

I do recall all the laughs we had together
She would even sneak up on me
She lingered in my tissue matter
Those highs were higher than the ones
I willingly took with her :martian:

To day I think someone has tainted my girl
So I steer clear of her no longer in my world

One day I started this long ago
I kept her seed in my drawer

Catch me later in my life… I will be sitting with my girl
Grown from the seeds of the seventies and eighties
That is when she was a green pure lady
