Somewhere between paradise and diaster

The 5th day of Kwanzaa is Nia
Nia simply means purpose.
What is our purpose really?
What purpose do we serve ourselves?
What purpose do we serve each other?
Why are we here?
Why we put here together?
What is it that we are supposed to be doing?
What do we mean to each other?
These are questions we must ask self and others.
But our lips remain sealed because we are afraid
Afraid of the answer and what we might find!
Fear is a instrument that keeps us enslaved.
Freedom is something we all claim to seek,
Yet we all still remain bound and chained.
We need to unloose the shackles of fear.
Don’t be afraid to ask what your purpose is
Seek your true purpose in life,
Find It,
Live It,
BE IT
Stand up!
Seek it out.
Find out who you are,
What you are,
And where you’re meant to go!!!
Be proud to seek a purpose, a higher calling in your life
Be proud to realize and awaken to your true self,
Whoever you might be
And where ever you may be!!!
Stand up, be proud, and love all of you
The more you love the more you find to love.
Find your place in life
Know your place
And live it!!!!
There’s not one of us that can’t make a difference
It is just a matter of playing your part,
Some are the planners,
Some are the doers,
Some are the dreamers,
Some are the speakers,
Some are the teachers,
Some are the healers!!!
Everyone has a purpose
One blood, one body, one love is our nia

A really nice and timely one....
