I was thinking there was a possibility here for an effort. But then the statement to today's white people who would want to do something to atone for the past in what ever way they could afford, as that is what "reparations" is about, Natasha said further, "It isn't about atoning for slavery, but for things that happened earlier today, for yesterday, for last Thursday. This is for the present tense." This will be seen as a practice without results! In the Spirit of Sankofa,

New website allows white people to offer ‘reparations’ directly to people of color
One Louisiana native just wanted some books. A mother from Oklahoma simply wanted some help to buy a new laptop battery.

Everybody on earth has problems, money problems. She wants people to send money because of a bad day? …a bad week? And who is going to send money without the sweet, offer of forgiveness for this generation and future generations who don't accept slavery. It is not for the slavers; but for people who kindly want to embrace the black race with an effort. And where does that money go and how is it being handled etc. The fact is, the only way for reparations is through the government, because how would the working people pay something like that off and get to all the right people?
Further, there are State and Federal programs that are paid for by people en mass through taxes …food, Welfare, student loans, child care, clinics, etc. It has to be reparations for slavery.
