We are being diagnosed with illnesses that are seldom being attributed to wheat, gluten, processed sugar and cow's milk. Our bodies cannot process these foods well and their side affects range from a variety of diseases that reduce the quality of our lives to dying miserably. Some things you're just going to have to learn to live without when we know they will kill us. All the fats injected in foods to get us addicted to artificial flavor should be left right where we find them. Do not take them home with you. We need to stop consuming processed foods in boxes and sold in deli counters and go back to eating home cooked meals that are prepared in healthy ways.

Has anyone studied the quality or health benefits of kosher foods?
