We have to teach our youth about RESPECTING THEIR ELDERS,& WHY....It is said that experience is the best teacher,so give them EXAMPLES - YOUR EXPERIENCES with the elders,how you respected them,how you DISrespected them,whatever the case may be,& the KARMA that resulted from that....our HUGEST problem with the youth is OUR LACK OF COMMUNICATION WITH THEM....Most of us say"they ain't my kids" or "he/she ain't my child" nevertheless, they ARE OUR BLACK FUTURE,so with that in consideration BUILD WITH THEM...DON'T PREACH,BUT BUILD....meaning you say what YOU have to say,& THEY say what they have to say,{HEAR EACH OTHER OUT}& you'll be of EVEN GREATER BENEFIT TO THEM if YOUR PAST FOUL EXPERIENCES are EQUIVALENT to their PRESENT DAY FOUL EXPERIMENTS.
