    you're werent kidding when you said broadband conection required. i had time to go eat a salad, and talk for 5 minutes - still no website uploaded.

    note only about 17% of internet users have broadband access @ home. and the average cost is $21-49, depending on what city and whether you have the options of cable or satellite service (which can escalate to over a $100 a month with some residential packages)

    tip: build a 56k friendly version of your site. otherwise, middle-class families, students and low-income individuals will have to settle for the index page alone.
