yeah, like maybe the other one got ignored or something while repairs were going on?

Yeah ... it's look'n a little corrupt ... but it was created while the db was being repaired ... so ... looks like that's the culprit.

or could that thread be "refreshed" or whatever is done to clean up corruption in a database? (i'm hardware and systems software; not applications software.)
