    Here's the ad..

    Baldwin County, Alabama
15114 acres by Robertsdale, Alabama for sale Acreage
    15114 acres
    $35,000,000.00
OK.. here's the plan.. we collect 100 from 350,000 black people.. and we
buy this 15,000 acre property in Alabama in cold cash.. put 350,000 names
on the title.. then, every two weeks for the next year, we collect another
100 dollars from the same 350,000 people.. and that's 35 million dollars every
two weeks.. for 26 periods.. that's almost 1 Billion dollars.. (910 Million to be
exact.. just a 3 more paychecks to a billion).. anyway.. we'll never see that
billion, because every two weeks, we spend every nickel purchasing more
property.. inside and outside the united states.. for the next 5 years.. every
two weeks, we keep buying and buying and buying.. until we have somewhere
near 500,000 thousand acres of land inside and outside the united states..
then with our 910 million per year budget, we begin development.. through
our own developers.. and we create the kind of communities that we deserve.
then when we get all of this in place.. we just live. no rent, no mortgage,
no economic slavery.. just the usual demons of regular life..

    ok.. ready.. set... Go!!!

Brotherskuderjaymes, most people will laugh off your idea, but it is the only one i've heard that is doable and sensible. Brother Corvo has the same idea, although not on such a grand scale. The only problem is gaining the trust of 350,000 people. If we could get past that, imagine the possibilities.
    kudos!

I just don't see why we can't do this!!!

It seems so tangible...don't it? :s

Why not start with a hundred and build up from there? But uhm.... how come you want to do it in Alabama? Why not back home? Mozambique, Zimbabwe, Senegal, Burundi, Uganda and Nigeria have PLENTY of land that is way more fertile.

    One,

    Hmmm, good point.

I guess it boils down to feasibility. I would suggest executing skuderjaymes
concept here, work out the bugs, then take the blue print to the mother
land. That way, we can show and prove to our peops on the mother land
that we mean business as evinced by the model created in the states.

    Or whatever is most feasible.

Work on the model over there, then bring it to the states.

Honestly, I don't think the idea is plausible because it'll be fairly difficult to get 350,000 people to give up $100 each, unless, of course, you hired a Network Marketing/Direct Sales guru, who has built a sales organization of several thousand people, to travel the country pitching the idea to mass amounts of people. If they can get people to sell health products, they can get'em to take part in buying real estate.

Another area that this may actually be successful in is Prince Hall Freemasonry. If the idea was pitched to just one lodge and they saw the potential behind, they'd pitch it to other lodges. PHF only has about 200,000 members. But if they get their respective communities involved, I'm sure getting the additional 150,000 won't be a problem.

    snap!
in my first post i said "we." my bad. hopefully, you'll fall just a few hundred short and let a couple a Puerto Ricans in. lol.
but you don't wanna let too many in, look what happened to Orlando, Fl

seriously, though, I think this might be the time when this idea might just be plausible.

Even though I don't frequent this site as much as I used to, I've noticed a lot of folks are on here all day long.

If you can stay on destee for several hours at a time, you can certainly spend time searching for foreclosures and short sales to buy, rehab and sell for significant profits in short time spans. Just getting a few hundred people to do that will bring several million dollars every year.

Take that money and invest it in creating a community/city like the one represented here: http://www.thevenusproject.com/

thanks for the website. very interesting. It is a good time to buy properties, but it ain't as easy as you make it sound. that is buying, fixing and selling. there's a learning curve.
