Farrakhan calls for blacks to unite and develop Detroit


DETROIT — Speaking to thousands inside Joe Louis Arena, Minister Louis Farrakhan called upon African Americans to unite and help develop Detroit as he called upon Mayor Mike Duggan to give more city contracts to blacks.
