    It's called Propaganda

Woman is the ****** of the World
    John Lennon

Woman is the ****** of the world
    Yes she is...think about it
Woman is the ****** of the world
Think about it...do something about it

We make her paint her face and dance
If she won’t be slave, we say that she don’t love us
If she’s real, we say she’s trying to be a man
While putting her down we pretend that she is above us

Woman is the ****** of the world...yes she is
If you don’t belive me take a look to the one you’re with
Woman is the slaves of the slaves
    Ah yeah...better screem about it

We make her bear and raise our children
And then we leave her flat for being a fat old mother then
We tell her home is the only place she would be
Then we complain that she’s too unworldly to be our friend

Woman is the ****** of the world...yes she is
If you don’t belive me take a look to the one you’re with
Woman is the slaves of the slaves
    Yeah (think about it)

We insult her everyday on TV
And wonder why she has no guts or confidence
When she’s young we kill her will to be free
While telling her not to be so smart we put her down for being so dumb

Woman is the ****** of the world...yes she is
If you don’t belive me take a look to the one you’re with
Woman is the slaves of the slaves
Yes she is...if you belive me, you better screem about it.

We make her paint her face and dance
We make her paint her face and dance
We make her paint her face and dance

This young brother may have his heart in the right place, I cannot from my vantage point condemn his effort.
I do think that he needs to get beyond the hype. Some or these young hiphoppers are self congratulatory. They are not allways well versed yet, there is always a mic in their faces. Heavy responsibility.
Nas suggesting that the sons and daughters of white supremacist are included in his definition of the word, means that he does not get it. *******: are victims of white supremacy, and those who victimize others who they secretly refer to as "*******" while glad handing and sharing beverages are most to blame for the foolishness this young man is spouting. If you don't understand racism and how it works, you will understand nothing. Nas has to grow a lot more before he can become the 'voice' of the disposessed. Still there is hope, his heart seems to be in the right place. Peace!

just listening to his music u can easily see that his heart is in the right place...but that is not enough nowadays...the path to hell is paved with good intentions...he has to put down the blunts and the drinks 4 a second and pick up a book...i wish these rappers really took the influence that they have seriously and not be content to just live the "good life"...

This one really is hard for me to swallow mayne. Nas i/was my favorite emcee. I looked up to this man as being the voice of true of hip hop and representative of what path NOT to go in th eindustry. I am hugely dissapointed in him and will boycott this album. I aint hatin on him....but wtf is he doing? Im thinking he at least got some deep profound and hidden meaning to thus stunt....but not even so. If I ruled the world Nas, I'd free all my kind, but most of all...Id free your mind. And truth be told brotha...all you need is one mic...and you disgracing it right now.

    My new favorite rapper....Andre 3000
    Runner up...Cee-Lo

Totally off topic, but have you heard that boy Blu, 3000 has been hot since day one. Lol sorry I just feel the need to hype up Blu anytime someone mentions hip hop. I <3 him; he's real, check him out homie.

So on to Nas, I feel he's doing this as a gimmick-but him being one of the more "intelligent" rappers has to come up with a nonsensical way to explain it of course, whatever it is ain't makin no sense to me. But do you think people would be hypocrites if the abondoned Nas' Nigg_er album, when most rap albums have the word nigg_a on 98% percent of the songs? I know people say there is a difference but when your break, to the core it's the same word. No matter how many different ways you say whore (***,****, etc.) @ the end of the day it's still the same. That makes me look at myself, cause I'm totally turned of by the title, but will go an listen to a Kanye song in a minute-or even an old Nas track, they say *****!
