In
a poverty-stricken
neighborhood
there
she elegantly
stood.
Brilliant & shining
beneath the sun
like an Egyptain idol
organic, healthy looking & vital
The manifestation
of her aura
was pure essence,
indeed a
spiritual allegorical
engulfed
her presence.
Her
face so youthful & rare
it caused
every man to stop
& stare,
She
became the atmosphere
of mystery & admiration
like
some sacred voodoo shrine
belonging
to a Yourba nation.
Her
ebony skin
was
like soft
Indian silk
regal
like dark coffee
without the milk,
her
deep ocean eyes
were the reflection
of her beautiful
phsyical expression
When she walked
she walked
with a soft air
that spoke
of grace & flair.
She
was indeed
lovely as a gazelle
so natural
like spring water
from a well,
It
was easy
to see that she
was
heaven sent.
There
was something
about her so exotic & potent.
Like
a garden
of wild violet flowers
as
she mystically
exhibited her inner powers
without
a touch of egotism.
When
she spoke
her words were harmonious,
& her excessive
polite behavior
was ceremonious,
when
she gently touched
my hand
I felt her flame
as
she sweetly told me
that Namibia
was her name.
