I love the way you smile
How we used to make the city go wild
I wish I could of had your child
You are so special to me, that I'd see your face in the clouds

It's been 7 years that Yahawah took you
When your mom told me you passed I didn't think it was true
How can someone so sweet get taken out of the blue?
I regret daily I didn't express my feelings to you

You are so special and I wish I could still hold you like a glove
I hope reading this will make you smile from above
You are so special me like watching doves
I miss you daily and I will never forget you my love

Hi Chaya,

I actually read this the day you dropped it. I didn't respond at the time, because it was so close to home. My daughter's life was stolen, I miss her dearly daily and I know it may be silly, but I wish I never encouraged her to wait until she's married and ready to have a baby... a part of her would still be with us.

I know our pain is different, but I'm able to relate to some degree and I'm sorry for you loss. The good that is in loss, is our ability to keep them with us through beautiful memories we'll always have.

Thanks for sharing this heartfelt piece

feelin'itsouldeep!
