Through a birth,
Into this world you brought
Your legacy and within my soul,
you permeated the deepest regions
of my existence with a love and compassion
that hinges on the surreal.
Many times I thought on
the potency and sheer
beauty of someone like you,
some one that could ease my pain
and the tears.
Many times you were unaware that you
were some sort of release,
some type of healing balm to my
body and soul.
When I would go through many trials,
It was your voice I would hear.
You became my direction and hindsight.
For the first time in years,
I dipped into myself and realized that
You had always been the one.
My breath, my love, and my best friend!
I could not bypass such a
good thing, such an intoxicating entity.
You’ve become someone so special and wonderful to me,
A definitive woman in my book.
I decide to fully embrace the
beauty of you and your love, and take heed to
Your guidance and words of honey-tipped wisdom.
You’ve licked my wounds and restored my essence;
You’ve formed me into the man that I am today and on this
day, I decided that a Virtuous Woman, a Woman of God
That would give birth to me, and become my nurturer and
Best friend would be praised verbally and with the biggest display
Of love today! So as you have taken the role of patient nurturer,
And my soul-inspirer;
I choose to willingly exhort your name
and kiss the wonderful thoughts of your influence and strong will.
I thank you for your purity and strength.
I thank you for being someone truly spectacular, and peculiar.
that I feel myself loosing touch with
I've gained a new clarity, a new position to be.
Because of you, I am a fresh and reborn entity.
Because of your skillful rearing and nurturing touch,
I am the person that I was destined to be.
So on this day I say to you, My breath, my love, and my best friend.
Thank you for all you’ve done and above all,
For being more than just a friend or something other,
No, I thank you above all for just being my divine
MOTHER!!!!!!!!!!!!!
