Have you ever laid back
and closed your eyes

Took a few moments
to gently visualize

That love who I swear to God
Makes you sigh, cry
and your blood pressure rise?

With every passing thought
I question my life as I
gaze in amazement at her
light brown eyes.

Tick Tock, Tick Tock
Two seconds pass and I
find myself high.

Like no story ever told on the silver screen.
The truth of this scene is no matter how frequent
I see what I see
the feelings that transpose
are never routine.

I miss her mental face
the way she was shaped
and most of all the memories we make.

That women to me was a blessing you
see. Separated by space, time and
difference of mind. nevertheless
my love is blind.

That women to me was more
than a lover, Peer or wife, she was
my friend.
I see her every time I sleep and
ever time a new day begins
I see her when I look in the mirror
and scrub my face
because my baby`s mom made
me the man I am today...
