kindergarten to elementary
college to now
and yet you act so foul
i can’t even explain
the disdain i feel for you
and the f*cked up things you do
from unpaid loans
to stolen clothes
i never got down with any of your hoes
even though
i had the chance to
i really hoped to get past this dude
but my mind says
i’ve been played for the fool
i guess you thought i was hating
after you finished school
and i didn’t
but i wasn’t
you was my cousin
it was just that messing around with a married chic
wasn’t in my stuffing
and for them to live in the same complex
was really something
now what’s going on
is it because i make 3 times the loot
is that what’s wrong
and that i got you your current job
do you think i act like the don
born a week apart
i thought we would be closer from the start
especially the part
about hearing of your future wedding from my moms
that really rung some alarms
and brought to my attention that our friendship is in harms
way
