there is some serious loving, to want to be with one's own.
It's a shame that all those blows in boxing had to damage such a great mine.
It wasn't the blows, to my knowledge they were slowly poisoning his water to make sure he couldn't speak after boxing. He was amd still is a head of state. Leaders from around the world would have been inviting him to come and speak and america couldn't take that chance.
This was an Era when Black Atheltes had pride and was no slave to their own abilities.
Do you have any proof of this? Not trying to get in an argument but I'm very interested if you do as the media always told us it was Parkinson's Disease (not due to boxing, lots of non boxers get Parkinson's)
Are you certain? Muhammad Ali seemed like the exception, not the rule.
Was he a public speaker as Cassius Clay?
Pretty good video. Thanks for sharing.
Too bad he didn't knock that White man's teeth in.
Peace to the god ali
A "philosophy of despair" indeed.. but what is the source of said despair? Europe. European ideology. European Colonialism. European aggression. European violence. And here we see, the European man chastising the mirror for showing him his own reflection.. while the European audience cheers in agreement.. straight hypocrisy. It's one of our greatest uses to them.. because we reflect the evils that they subject us to.. we allow them to slip away from moral accountability.
The conclusion that Ali learned from Elijah Muhammad regarding race mixing is the same conclusion that the KKK or their time enforced with horrific violence and torture. And that hundreds of years of slavery embedded in cultures worldwide. That the people would learn it.. and internalize it.. is no surprise. That the people would then probe it for patterns and extrapolate some general principal from it, then ascribe that principal as being from God is also no surprise... its a result.
