Science and Technology : Moving files and documents from one computer to the next

i was told the fastest and easy was is with a
SanDisk Cruzer mini (USB) flash drive

so my question is how true is this and what is the best way
to move files and documents from one computer to the next??

Actually.. the easiest way to do it.. is to connect your computers with a usb cables, and theres a program that will actually zip all data files and make them easy for transfer. If you have your windows startup disk there is a program on there that will help with the gathering and transfer. it acutally says transfer files from new pc 2 old pc. I did this.. it worked perfectly.. just beware of your operationg systems.. i brought files from windows me to xp pro.. it had to change some of my FAT files.
