    The Sister being interviewed below, Mshoza, actually says she's trying to get white.

    I've never heard a Sister say that, and as the discussion continues, with the doctor weighing in as well, it really shows how the discussion needs to be opened up. There are a lot of people doing a lot of things, it's not just skin lightening (or darkening).

    Great Interview - though the 2nd part is kinda hard to keep up with.

    You're right, I never heard a SISTER say that either....I guess that simply means that the black woman before us is NO SISTER! If a so called brother had said that stuff, I can guarantee you that at least 98% of other brothers would have looked at the other brother and been like; "Word? you mean that dog?...yeah well, I don't mean to be disrespectful but, you need to get your kraaker @ss away from me". This would have been the general response of brothers.

    one can always find some black person who has lost their way. i prefer not to dwell on them.
