Mothers are the school, so therefore we act as the teacher educating our children. So why is there a problem with schooling again?

Because we don't realize that we can teach our children at HOME! :)

A parent can't teach what she or he doesn't know! Our children are Afrikans and must be taught that well documented historical fact! Now how many members of this community would agree with the foregoing? First educate yourself to be Afrikan. Read "To Be Afrikan" by Dr. Marimba Ani, and "The Developmental Psychology of the Black Child, and "Awaking the Natural Genius of Black Children", by Dr. Amos N. Wilson. You will then be able to understand the need to do in depth research, of Afrikan History/Culture. Black Americans don't have a clue. If they did they wouldn't call themselves black Americans!

How many African cultures are there. It is not like there is only one.

Our ancestors were taken from the West coast of Africa. They were not Christians. But when do Black Americans talk about the Ethiopian Bible?

Yes, some of our ancestors were taken from the west coast of Afrika. And no, most were not Christians. But the basic God concepts that were incorporated into the major western religions, e.g. Judaism, Christianity, and Islam originated in Afrika! Why call for a discussion about the Ethiopian Bible by itself? Why not a discussion about Afrikan History and Culture in its entirely, which would include the Ethiopian Bible? Finally, Afrika is a multicultural continent just like all the other continents in the world. Nevertheless we are all AFRIKANS, whether we want to admit it or not. What we must do is synthesize the best from all of them, and create a new one that will guarantee our survival and development as a people. What say you? Oh yeah, the nation state is a European concept that whites forced on Afrikan people. Afrikans established territorial states with loose, porous borders, with cultures fertilizing cultures, competing to be better, not competing to dominate or destroy each other like European nation states.

That is why I talked about a book list.

The world is running on technology that is just getting more complicated. You are on the Internet. Black History does not cover that though it can be found on the Internet.

You are putting the cart before the horse! None of the foregoing is top priority, when our enemies can erase us from the planet, at any given moment! Dr. Wilson taught that we must educate and train our children to wage war, to end white domination. And unlike Nelson Mandela, we are not fighting against BLACK DOMINATION, quite the contrary! We are fighting for BLACK DOMINATION, and against WHITE DOMINATION!!!

The HISTORY of the last 500 years has been a record of what people with technology can do to PEOPLE WITHOUT TECHNOLOGY and the people without technology can't do a **** thing about it.

Don't expect to dominate people who know more than you do about technology. Look at what is being done with drones. They are electronic hence the book I suggested for kids that are interested. The technology does not care about Black or White.
