First Thoughts of Each Day Written For My Inspiration

I really enjoy the morning dew when
the sparrow chirped outside my window,
it lets me now my day will be
better than any other will;

As I awake to this sound,
this voice of security,
it makes me realize that my
life is actually worth living;

There are times when I
wonder what life would be if
the world had not accepted
or acknowledged my presence;

Would the world be more serene
or volatile, would it be more
understanding or be judgmental;

Would my presence have a great
effect on what others do?

Should I be concerned with this life
that I wish would one day evolve
into a positive aspect of the world;

My emotions are jumbled like
a ball of yarn hoping someone
will come to unravel it;

My mind is constantly counting the
many decisions I make as I proceed
through my travels into adulthood;

My eyes perceive many beautiful things
in a world full of darkness and gloom;
my heart is overflowing with love and
passion that even I am unable to contain;

I look within the person and make my
judgment from the inside first, then out;
I don’t judge a person for what they have
done or for their work, but, who they are;

I am a realist, with a little bit
of fantasy; I see things for what
they are and wonder what they could be;

I write them down to study at a
later date for its too difficult
to define, if I don’t understand;

I write down my thoughts, either
positive or negative, to recount
in times of needed inspirations;

I really enjoy the morning dew when the
sparrow chirped outside the window; It
lets me know that today is better than any other.
