I'm not advocating that "we" return to Africa...I never did. I have stated that relocating to Africa is a good move for "some" African Americans. I am well aware that the majority do not want to go anywhere but the next US city (and many don't even want to do that).

African Americans need to maintain cultural and economic ties with their African brethren regardless of whether or not we decide to stay in the U.S.

HMM TO MUCH MIGRATION WILL LEAVE THE MUTHALAND UNGUARDED. IS IT POSSIBLE FOR SO MANY CONTINENTAL AFRIKANS TO COME HERE THAT AFRICA ITS SELF IS LEFT DEFENSELESS?

It has happened before...look no further than Shaka Zulu's contributions to the Dutch taking over South Africa.

I'll give you a brief history lesson. In Shaka Zulu's quest to conquer other kingdom's in Southern Africa, he wiped out so many peoples that large stretches of land became vacant & defenseless. Thus when the Dutch came to Southern Africa, they claimed to take possession of land which belonged to no one (because no one was there).

So Shaka actually hurt the people in that part of the continent than helped? I never heard that one before. I also have only seen the movie and that could be the reason why, too.
