Can you feel,
This lump in my chest.
The tightness of my throat as I try to swallow?

Can you feel,
The stinging of my eyes As I

try - not - to - blink
Tears?

I’m Missing you…

Can you feel the heartbeat beneath the arch of my covered sacredness?
Can you feel the tingle beneath my feet, at the center of my arch, finding it’s way to the very first rise at the tip top of my spine?
****, I’m Missing you…
Can you feel my body tense, muscles lock, my eyes roll back inside my head. Eyelids beginning to flutter as I try to hold on to every memory of what?
Every memory of this, and that.
Every memory of… you…

Can you feel every breath that I take, filling my lungs with enough air to exhale a song in your name…giving in to the rhythm? Which gives way to a nod…that in turn sends a beat to my heart, that quickens my legs, to move my feet, swaying my body,……… and oops there goes my…
**** can you feel that?
It’s a sad shame that you are so far away. And I’m missing you.
Can you feel that? ©
