    It certainly describes the majority of millennials I've known and worked with on the job. Some want to come in and change all the rules without having an understanding of why those rules exist or why they should apply to them. Some want to be praised, not for going above & beyond, but for doing the bare minimum. Some want raises after being on the job for only 2 or 3 months, not because they've put in the time and hard work, but because they just want to make more money and have a title next to their name. Some can't put their cell phone down long enough to concentrate on doing their job thoroughly and accurately.

    Again, I think there are always exceptions. I would never say that this describes ALL millennials, but it describes the ones I've known.
