So proud of Mike three years ago
Said he was letting the NBA go
New challenges await me
I've done it all
Going out on top
Won't slip, won't fall

Said he's gonna be a real dad
Spend time with his boys
Drive the mini van
Got enough money
He was going to be a family man

Bullshyt
Mike just another "Can't do nothing else jock"
Ego needs to be fed
Hungry for too long
Tracy, Kobe, Allen
Young boys getting too much light
Number 23
Needing to get back in flight

Got to have the applause
Got to have folks pulling on his jock
Gonna save the game
For the love of the game
You disappoint me Mike
What a ******** crock

What about your boys
All the time you said you'd spend with them
That was bullshyt when you said it
Like you'd have time
Being a GM

Ali. Sugar Ray, Willie Mays
Just to name a few
Hanging on too long
Not knowing what else to do

Yeah you probably still got game
But ball is like life
Nothing stays the same
Young players can't wait to bust your ***
Snickering at every missed shot
Every turnover
Every errant pass

Think of your boys
They don't need your money
They need your time
