    [QUOTE="Kemetstry, post: 995485,

Sounds like you're turning this into a bash topic on women who have been sexually assulted. I hope I'm wrong. Yes, you are wrong. My problem is with those that didn't step up. Or are overly PC

I'm not familiar with women being sexually assulted and turning against all men. I've talked with women, in group settings, about our rape. I am
No one is thinking about hating all men. That was never discussed. I had to threaten to file suit against a battered women's shelter for excluding all men from helping

What usually happens if you have a partner, the male will leave the home if he lacks what it takes to deal with that kind of fear and pain. My then, now divorced, spouse did leave for a while. I have not found that to always be true. Especially today

I don't understand what you're saying about comparing the military to rape.
I'm was only prepared to speak about the title of this topic.

The overwhelming majority of rape victims don't think they are going to die. You have to have been there. It's not the same

    .[/QUOTE]

    Just to address this.

Yes, rape victims do believe or know they may be killed. If he’ll rape you he will kill you.
Twice I thought I would be killed.

uhhhh Kemetstry ... I do appreciate your effort to broach an emotional topic for women, inviting us to share devastating experiences with you ... but you blew it in subsequent posts ... referencing a woman as "ghetto skank" ... suggesting she "stuck him with child support" ... then cursing the only woman that responded.

    :shame:

Yes, I appreciate your effort, it is an improvement from past years, but you still have a way to go if understanding / communicating effectively with women is the goal. Your invitation to share is not as inviting as you might think.

Additionally ... cursing is not allowed on the forum ... as you are violating Rule #4.

    Love You!

In battle, you don't think you're going to be killed. You're sure of it. Understand now??

Please show me in this thread where I reference a woman as a ghetto skank?

When you try to make death and rape equivalent, I draw a line in the sand. They aren't!

    Please substitute the word crap

I quoted your words in my response above and will post it again here :

    You said :

It turns out he had problems in his home. He not only was henpecked ( happily ), he discovered his wife was having an affair, so he had one. With a ghetto skank. She got pregnant and went to his house and stuck him with child support.

Let me know if I can be of further assistance ...

It was an accurate description of her character and personality. I stand by it

    I'm sure you do.

And I stand by what I said, your invitation for women to share is not very inviting.

    *sigh*

This is obviously a subject where people can neither be clinical or objective. When a comment comes across as one sided, I will point out the flaw. I brought the subject up because no woman had. It needed to be brought out. It needs to be discussed. I know there is more than her in here that has suffered. I had hoped to just stand back and let the discussion happen. As I have done in the past. But it seems people aren't ready to let their hair down on this topic.

:10400:.o0( And believe me, ghetto skank is being kind )

Calling people out of their name is not kind.

If you consider that kind, calling a woman that, while asking other women to share traumatizing sexual experiences with you ... well ... I don't know what you expect.

Maybe that is why others have not shared, because they may expect to be called names like you've already done ... with their darkest secrets on the table ... who wants that?! To be violated yet again, by even broaching the topic.

Unfortunately, you are not the exception, but the rule.

It is why many women keep such things to themselves, rarely if ever speaking on them, for fear that they will be called names like you called that woman ... even going further to justify your name calling and insisting it is true ... when really, it's only your opinion ... one that should have been kept to yourself, given the topic of this thread you have proffered.

You need to work on your approach.

You need to try and understand women and the awfulness of being sexually violated.

You are not there yet, but thanks for trying.

    Love You!
