    Sweet and meek
    4 years of bliss….
Then one night out of the blue
    You put me through hell
    I always said never me
    I turned around
And I was in this crazy nightmare
    This night changed me
Made me stronger to open my eyes
It couldn’t be me….but it was

    Broken spirit an all
    Yet I am still standing
    You took me
    Broke
    My all….
    Yet I….
    I know
    I will be ok…
maybe not today but joy always come
No matter the pain through the night

    See….
I loved you with my heart
    And you took that away
When you placed your hands on me
    My spirit was yours
And you walked all over it
And called me out my name
    Torn me up inside
Yet you yell you love me
Love don’t hurt blame or scorn
    You did this and more
    In one night

    In one night
    You turned my world
    Upside down…

    Now…
Now I got to try to heal
    And you wont go away
Still in the back of my head
Still calling wanting me to do

    Your nature is not mine
    I wont sell my soul
    To be with you
    You took my joy
    I allowed this
    What kind of fool
    I most be

    I will be ok…
maybe not today but joy always come
No matter the pain through the night

One door closes, for a better door to open....
