    I was caught off guard
    I found myself thinking
    about you; about me
    about we
    ...a lot.

    I was hit; hit hard
    with a tidal w a v e
    of memories that
    crashed

    d
    o
    w
    n

    and whirlpooled me
    into thoughts of you
    ...of we
    thoughts of how our
    spirit's sang, our
    heart's tangoed and
    our soul's mated.

    was it love
    ...or
    were we simply living
    in a fantasy too fragile
    to survive our reality?

    we shared happy
    and sad moments
    times I cried with you
    times you cried with me
    near perfect harmony
    we were so close.

    I loved you.

    I know... I did.

    it's been months since
    we've had intimate contact
    but these emotions; emotions
    that envelope me in
    mental flash backs of we.

    ohh! memories of we
    feel so good in me

    I...
    I believe...
    I still love you

    Scribeaboutit! It helps.

Poet, I feel this flow very much and I wish I knew the answer but what is certain is that a cherished moment should be kept in a safe place and savored because sometime a life time is not enough time to repeat the feeling.

love is love regardless of the outcome. always cherish special moments...look back on happy times and smile. after a while, happy moments may be all we have.

    let the river flow.:)

    Beautifully done my Sista!

I didn't know whether to scream or cry...but as I wiped
a tear from the corner of my eye, and feel on the real
what you feel...I remember what someone said , far
wiser than I..."Weep not for what is lost , but be happy
    for what was!'
You are sometimes to beautiful for this world....your
words often foreshadow experiences we all will live
or have lived..."Prophet/Poet...Thank you for sharing!

    BLESSINGS ON YA HOUSE!
