Which foods should we be eating, activities, or accessories should be worn to increase melanin production?

I know Blackbird gave some advice suggesting:pumpkin seeds, black walnuts, turnip greens, watercress, blackeyed peas, and also suggested copper bracelets.

I have also seen that foods high in copper like sesame seeds, raw nuts (cashews, etc), certain beans, and dark green leafy vegetables.

Does anyone know of any other foods, drinks, activities, accessories that helps with melanin production???

In addition to the pumpkin seeds try that pumpkin fresh or canned with cinnmon and/or tumeric. Or pumpkin pie. There is a website (Or several) which give detail concerning foos rich in copper which stimulates melanin production. For those that take that melantonin be careful that it does not have adverse effect on melanin production because it can. Depends on what you combine it with. Melanin production increases during deep sleep.
