Which foods should we be eating, activities, or accessories should be worn to increase melanin production? I know Blackbird gave some advice suggestingumpkin seeds, black walnuts, turnip greens, watercress, blackeyed peas, and also suggested copper bracelets. I have also seen that foods high in copper like sesame seeds, raw nuts (cashews, etc), certain beans, and dark green leafy vegetables. Does anyone know of any other foods, drinks, activities, accessories that helps with melanin production???
