Does eating meat and being a carnivore make you bleed more or make your menstruation last longer?

I said I was going to go without meat for a month to see if that was true and what the overall effects with be, but I haven't been able to do it. My meals pretty much revolve around meat.

But any truth to this or none?

When I first became a vegetarian, my cycles became lighter and shorter. But over time they evened out and came back to normal. One of the reasons I became a vegetarian in the 1st place was to deal with my fibroids. I'm not saying it didn't help but I eventually still needed a myomectomy.

There is some weight to this as meat has hormones and can increase homone imbalance.
