Has anybody heard about this, or have a comment about it?
Maryland state Comptroller William Donald Schaefer’s called for establishing a public registry for HIV patients. It brought swift rebukes from black HIV/AIDS prevention advocates.

Expect more like this to happen all over the USA. It's not a bad idea but it's not a good one either. To make the records public is the part that will cause the problems. I don't know about anyone else but what if everything u went to the DR office about was made public?
