Look, in many cases men and women are choosing to cohabitate or to have children without getting marriage, and the traditional roles and expectations associated with marriage have indeed shifted. Presumably there has been a decline in marriage rates and a rise in divorce rates/separations, etc., in these United States, etc. Let's then assume that marriage isn't for everyone! There perhaps are many reasons why men and women get married, etc. Let's assume that for "love" is the number one reason that most will state as their reasons for getting marriage. Do all of you agree? Remember the bonds of marriage, etc., I find that there is something very special about intending to stay together for life, and or until death do, we part, etc. One of the biggest decisions men and women make in life today as in yesterday, is whether to marry. You meet Mr./Ms. right, and your gut says, "I want to spend the rest of my life with this person." But in speaking from experience from those that have been married, etc. Some folks have been married several times or more, etc. I have witnessed even today folks being engaged for years with children and still haven't married, while still cohabitating, etc. Again, with all these changed attitudes, social norms, etc. "Is marriage actually worth it today?"
