Beloved Mighty warrior king god DSS:
i raise my head and now i'm on one knee
prepared to accept the fate you have for me
what is going to be is going to be
but i'm not going down without a fight it's just round three
i raise to my feet and face the opponent
i tried to be nice about it, now the animal is
going to come out but he just know it
now that i'm up at the count of six
i plan on fighting the whole 12 rounds
this second chance i'm getting
i'm not going to blow it
the true prominence of a powerful black man?
Well I’m about to show it
Beloved DSS, this is on time.
During my early morning meditation walk, I recall what my teacher said.
Lets look at when the police says. Put your hands up agaisnt the wall. Get down on your knees (execution) style.
How many of our people have done that willing, not even putting up a fight, for what will be will be?
I watched a video when the Slave master was about to hang a brother. The brother hands tied, rope waiting, said. When you hang me, kiss my ***.
Physically he was bound, yet he wasn't fearful of telling them what they can do.
A person can gain more respect from the opposition when they show the opposition they do not fear them.
When we willing get into that position (execution) style, we have surrender and we have no will left to even go out fighting to take the chance we might survive. Where is the Will? FREE WILL.
As KgMW Metasaience said. Freedom is when we do not Fear.
Spiritual Object of Justice and Awareness,
I must be getting there - perhaps hearing you speak on Sunday eve gave me in insight into your.. rhythm...
I'd love to know what brought on these words.
Even though the last line sounds different apart, I find it sums up (my interpretation) of your verses very, very well.
eta So'ja - because I can
You wear your name quite well...and your actions follow. Great piece poet.
Don't think there's a ruler that exists that can measure the faith within you, for it's immeasurable. Your determination radiates poet.
watzinaname - true, true. I took that last word, ruler, as in a leadership - or even in a deity sense - telling his opponant that he needs to reach much higher if he wants to understand - knowing that no mortal or object can measure his faith.
In that vein, even his opponants Ruler cant see/win - as he was made insignificant in the eyes on the poet (by not capitalizing the name) and in the presence of such powerful faith the poet has in his own ability to succeed in the battle.
ai ai ai - thats the power of poetry.. the (mis)interpretations allow everyone to take what they need out of it.
watch me crank that so'ja boy
this is some fiyah right here. that will to survive. you made me feel like i was at golden gloves practice or something. killer instinct is needed to survive these days when you're surrounded by opposition. i know you have some foes due to your insight and forthrightness. i did, however, understand the analogies and the "meat" of this write. real spit!
thank you so much
i appreciate the love
i see certain things mean different things around the world
the ruler part in not really a king or leader but an actual measuring stick click the link below
that one could use to try to measure but it won't work
this is being the material matrix
i appreciate how you saw it Zulile and that's the beauty of poet
one thing can mean many different things to many different people
thank you so much
it's just reaching deep and being that power you know you can be
that power of real love and compassion
people commit suicide going thru what i'm going thru
that ain't going happen here (sorry Mr. Man yes you're going to have to kill me)
i owe it (my strength) to the ancestors who endured nothing compared to what i
could ever go thru.
i have to get this thing going so i can get to my true life's work
