Why did Malcolm go to white folks over what was happening between him and
Elijah Muhammad? What did he think that would do?

No one here has walked in this man's shoes or saw thier parents go through what he saw or lived the street life he lived, or raised so many conciousess, not just here but around the world, and no one here had to endure the jealousy and hatred from some organization that they helped to build,

or have thier children threatened and wife lambasted.

What would you do after a phone call and then a bomb in your childs window?

    peace

Out of frustration more than likely and not knowing whom he could trust in his circumference, so he sought to use the "white man" as a vehicle to "kill" the messenger's character as he felt the messenger was trying to have him and his family killed! IMHO

WELL....CONSIDERING THE TREMENDOUS PRESSURE AND SCRUTINY HE WAS UNDER.....I REALLY DON'T BLAME HIM FOR SPEAKING THE TRUTH....

BESIDES.....HE DIDN'T HAVE TO GO TO THE WHITES TO SPEAK ON ANYTHING.....AND I DON'T BELIEVE HE DID IN THIS CASE....AT LEAST NOT IN THE WAY YOU ARE CLAIMING....

THE WHITE PRESS NEVER LEFT HIM ALONE ANYWAY......ESPECIALLY AFTER THE REMARK HE MADE ABOUT THE KENNEDY KILLING.....

AND.....HE WAS CLEARLY ASKED..." WHY DID THEY THREATEN YOUR LIFE ? "

SO.....DID MALCOLM REVEAL HIS LIFE WAS IN DANGER ?....OR WAS IT THE NATION OF ISLAM ?.....OR WHO ??......FBI MAYBE ??

AS FOR WHAT HE THOUGHT SPEAKING THE TRUTH WOULD DO....

    MY OPINION IS....

(1)...THE TRUTH SET HIM FREE FROM CARRYING ANY WEIGHT THAT HE DIDN'T CONTRIBUTE TO......

(2)....HE GAINED A CERTAIN BALANCE FROM WHAT ELIJAH & THE REST OF THE NATION WAS SAYING ABOUT HIM...THAT WASN'T REALLY TRUE AT ALL...

(3)....MALCOLM HAD NO REASON TO FEAR WHITE PEOPLE OR THEIR PRESS.....HISTORY PROVES THAT WHITE PEOPLE ARE THE LOWEST FORM ON THE HUMAN LADDER....

AS FAR AS I'M CONCERNED......KEEPING QUIET ABOUT HIS NEWFOUND ENEMY ONLY PUTS HIM IN THE GRAVE FASTER.....WITH THE TRUTH SURROUNDED BY CONFUSION....

MALCOLM WAS A PURE THREAT TO ELIJAH , THE NATION OF ISLAM , AMERIKKKA , AND MANY MANY BLACK LEADERS.....ESPECIALLY THOSE OF THE " HOUSE NI**ER PERSPECTIVE "......MANY WHO JUST HAPPENED TO BE IN CHARGE OF CIVIL RIGHTS GROUPS AND CONGREGATIONS....

A LOT OF BLACK PEOPLE BACK THEN WERE OBEDIENT, SERIOUSLY & QUIETLY AGAINST SEPERATION FROM WHITES.....AMONG OTHER THINGS....JUST LIKE IN PRESENT DAY...

THAT ALONE TAKES ME TO HARRIET TUBMANS QUOTE :

" IF I COULD HAVE CONVINCED MORE SLAVES THAT THEY TRULY WERE SLAVES......I COULD HAVE FREED THOUSANDS MORE "....

    unfortunately

In the streets when bullets are imminent and the longevity of one's life is in question, what also comes in question is what's sacred. He had no idea where or when the bullets would arrive, he just knew why. He saw death was imminent, he said "i'm letting it all hang out". It's called survival. He knew he had no protection thus not many alternatives to staying alive. Although he knew what he said would not save him, he felt by putting it out there he would not die in silence. I commend his strength, his passion, his focus. This man is to be admired. IMHO. Most missed his main point because that had to be altered under the canopy the matrix. The point was RESPECT YOURSELF and respect those who are like you.

I'm just thinking out loud here.

Who made the phone call? Who bombed the child's window? Are you sure
it was the NOI? And not the FBI? Is anyone sure? Is everyone sure?
If you take what we now know about covert operations and divide and
conquer, it becomes a clear possibility that it may have been the FBI that
made the call and did the bombing.. in an effort to get Malcolm to publicly
insult Elijah Muhammad knowing that his followers believed him to be divine..
and would take Malcolm out.. that's one possibility.. another is that the
FBI took him out directly. but either way, if we are going to learn anything
from his life, we have to be able to talk about it without folks getting holy.

Malcolm did what he had to do cause at the end of the day, your family is what matters and NOI proved they weren't his family as he thought.

What pissed me off about the entire thing, here you have a group that is suppose be militant, standing up for black rights, but as soon as you obtain a leader who isn't afraid to voice the truth about what's going on, house negros always show their true colors, and that's what they did when they "silenced" Malcolm for what he said.

They taught him everything hew knew, then when he spoke on what he was taught and knew as truth, then they punked out and silenced him?

Look, I know you think that Malcolm belongs to you, but he doesn't.
And I would appreciate it if you would allow us to talk about this without
trying to throw us off topic with your nonsense.. I view Destee.com through
RSS.. and through a feedrinse filter that filters out your threads.. you and
a couple of other folks that I have no interest in dealing with.. so, no I haven't
seen the stuff you have posted.. and I don't care to.. I told you before, I
don't like the way you get down.. and the only reason I'm addressing you
now is because you are addressing me.. If not for that fact, we would
never even run into each other.. I don't make threads to get a
consensus on how "black folks" feel, that's how you folk operate.. and
you know what I mean by "you folk".. I'm here to share and learn with
folks that want to share and learn.. and, if at all possible, let's
end this thing with your next response.. you can have the last word.
