MAKE UP YOUR MIND

If I can’t be your lover
Why should I be your friend
You got me in a situation
One way it’s got to end
An opportunity is knocking at your door
So what in the world are you waiting for
Do you think someone better will come along
I hate to tell you this darling
You could never be more wrong
In me
You will not only find your best friend
But
You will have a lasting love until the very end
Why not open your heart and let me on in.
I don’t often get a feeling like this
Where I find myself
Longing to be held, longing to be kissed
No one else would treat you like me
For I’d treat you better than a king
I would never be a disgrace
I’ll show you respect and
Give you all the honor that you are due
If only you accept this love I have for you
So
Why do you hesitate to make up your mind
There are other men who is waiting in line
They recognize the good woman
You are failing to see
So
The choice is yours
Is it going to be me.
