(Ra Nehem) - Carbon Monoxide Consciousness: Akyiwadefo, Ayarefo and the Spiritual Crack Ho

nice broadcast, keep doing your thing!

one interesting thing you may be overlooking:
the akyiwadefo & ayarefo serve a purpose, afaict.

for example, malidoma some's books and talks have helped open people's eyes and lead them to the path of reconnecting with their ancestral traditions. similarly, migene gonzalez-wippler's books have had a similar effect. so while they (and others like them) may say and represent (by their nature) certain qualities that are considered abominable...in many ways they have served a greater purpose on the whole; and performed a great service to afurakanu/afurakaitnut in the long run...

Mikyia wo (I greet you) Nibs,

I appreciate your support and your comments.

Our take on Malidoma and whippler is that they have perverted the culture so much through their misinformation, that people would have been better off not having read anything until they came across a better source of information.

There are people right now who believe that dissexuals (homosexuals) are gatekeepers and are on a higher spiritual level. This is pure insanity promoted by malidoma and his wife. They as well as whippler have convinced some Afurakanu/Afuraitkaitnut (Africans) that whites can be part of Afurakani/Afuraitkaitnit (African) Ancestral Religions, which is absolutely false.

I read one of whipplers nearly 15 years ago. It was one of the few works out on the yoruba tradition that was readily available. It was full of misinformation. It would have been better if I had never picked up the book at all.

The good thing is that our people have access to a great deal of accurate information about our Ancestral culture.

    Ma asomdwoee-Hetep,
    Ra Nehem

(Ra Nehem) - Our take on Malidoma and whippler is that they have perverted the culture so much through their misinformation, that people would have been better off not having read anything until they came across a better source of information.

things fall apart in stages, and things are rebuilt in stages. if reading malidoma some or whippler is the first step a person makes towards returning towards their ancestral religions, that is a good thing. correcting any misinformation that whippler may have advanced; eliminating any western cultural mores that malidoma may have embraced and advanced; would be the second step.
as long as the steps are in a positive direction, that is a good thing.

(Ra Nehem) - Duabo - Curse

that is a very powerful broadcast. many people like to assume the position that "they don't believe jesus is god, but they want to use him as a role model"; or "they want to find the good in all religions"...
in many ways that 'politically correct' attitude is still detrimental; it is an attempt to salvage tools (western religions) of mental and spiritual enslavement. it is discovering poison in one's food, but choosing to consume a diluted form of that poison. the poison must be completely rejected and eliminated from the system.
    very powerful broadcast.

(Ra Nehem) - (historical position on native americans)

has your position on native americans been too harsh? historically have they not been true to their own ancestral traditions, their own knowledge of the nature spirits; have they not also lived in harmony with their understanding of divine order?

    hetep.
