I am in full agreement that whole living foods is the best way to eat.
Here's one that children enjoy
Live Food Cookies
no sugar, no wheat
1/12 cup raw organic almonds
1/1/2 cup pure dried pinaeapple
1 1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup walnuts
pure coconut water
agave/
Chop the pineapple into small pieces,
add the almonds to a food processorand grinddown to a fine meal, and remove
grind walnuts, sunflower seeds and midway add pinepple gradually so that it does not clump
add the almonds and pulse grind until ene, then add the coconut
and let blend
add enough agave untill the mass starts to clump, add a bit of coconut water to make it moist like a dough.
Place parchement paper on a cookie sheet and make cookie shapes, small balls flattened down into cookie shape,
about 1/4 inch thick.
Set the oven to 100, and let dehydrate until brittle like a cookie, may get somewhat golden, but that's OK
Let cool, and look out,
