If you are looking for healthy recipes check out living foods. This Queen has a nice channel on you tube with some recipes and she shares her experience. I'm going on 5 years mostly fresh whole foods and I feel like I'm getting younger. Depression is gone, low back pain is gone, no headaches, more energy, etc..

    Here's one that children enjoy

    Live Food Cookies
    no sugar, no wheat

    1/12 cup raw organic almonds
    1/1/2 cup pure dried pinaeapple
    1 1/2 cup shredded coconut
    1/4 cup sunflower seeds
    1/4 cup walnuts

    pure coconut water

    agave/

Chop the pineapple into small pieces,
add the almonds to a food processorand grinddown to a fine meal, and remove

grind walnuts, sunflower seeds and midway add pinepple gradually so that it does not clump

add the almonds and pulse grind until ene, then add the coconut

    and let blend

add enough agave untill the mass starts to clump, add a bit of coconut water to make it moist like a dough.

Place parchement paper on a cookie sheet and make cookie shapes, small balls flattened down into cookie shape,
    about 1/4 inch thick.

Set the oven to 100, and let dehydrate until brittle like a cookie, may get somewhat golden, but that's OK

    Let cool, and look out,

    these things won't last long!!!!!!!!!!!!!
