so i be writing and washing...
writing and washing...
washing...seeing an image
hurrying to put it down..
the floors and the walls of the kitchen
spit out at me..'CAN YOU SEE US...CAN YOU SEE US'
so thunderous are there sounds

.
oven and stove are fine
(can't stand a dirty oven)..
but the walls
screaming on me...and i did'nt hear..see
grease had quietly put a thin layer on them
so busy writing..
so now i am washing...
first i spray
a layer to cut the grease
and while it works
I be running to my pad to write
or checking on the familee..
what do I see...
erotica..and love and groping
sorrow and sadness and dopin
blakness is the way, but first
let's jump into the hay.

not today thank you
.. you try
talking to the kitchen walls..
try tiptoeing around the floors...
they be ready to bite ya...call you every kind of name

'all that creative juice is fine my dear
all that sharing love is nice...i fear
you've forgotten that you eat in here..
eat in here!...okay
help us to look good and smell sweet..
then make a salon and let them come
to see us smiling like the sun
share you poems and sing them songs
\first wring that mop..and where your gloves..'

"oh I like that line...i'd better right
it down or i'll forget it"
thus
i be washing and writing..
and washing and writing
and washing...
and washing
and writing
and.....
