Bah was arrested in Freetown, Sierra Leone and detained for 4 hours, charged with "defying police officers" and "driving without paying attention". The attack on Chernoh Alpha M. Bah is directly tied to his political activities in the region, especially in Guinea-Conakry where the Africanist movement has played a role in protesting the neocolonial regime presiding over the growing emiseration of the people there. In this speech, the Chairman discusses the class interests and role of the vanguard parties vying for the loyalty of the African community, including the African People's Socialist Party, the U.S. Democratic Party and the U.S. Republican Party.

Bill Canada will interview African People's Socialist Party leader Bakari Olatunji on the U.S. war on the Panthers, including the recent arrest of 8 Africans on 30-year-old charges.
