biting the apple of
forbidden fruit

giving into temptation

you sway

straying away thoughtlessly

as often as mother nature
baring fruit on the stem of
an apple tree

ungratefully making an
effort to pray on your
hands and knees

brother please

how often will you
die to save me

i love you
yet continuosly

you stray away
from me giving your
love to honeybees

how long will it
take for you to see

that rotten apples
lead only to greed

await me love
your destiny
