(Add to the Life-Book principles that you feel we can live by)

    Health:

    - Drink plenty of water
    - Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a beggar
    - Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants, and eat less food that is manufactured in plants
    - Live with the 3 E's -- Energy, Enthusiasm, and Empathy
    - Make time for prayer
    - Laugh more
    - Watch less TV and read more books
    - Sit in silence for at least 15 minutes each day
    - Sleep at least 7 hours a night
    - Take a 10-30 minutes walk every day
    - You are what you eat so try to eat healthy.
    - Butter and margarine hardens the arteries so try to cut it out of your diet.
    - Take time out for yourself at least once a month
    - Take time to watch the sunrise and/or the sunset

    Personality:

    - Don't compare your life to others'. You have no idea what their journey is all about.
    - Don't have negative thoughts of things you cannot control. Instead invest your energy in the positive present moment.
    - Don't over-do. Know your limits
    - Don't take yourself so seriously, no one else does
    - Don't waste your precious energy on gossip
    - Show your strengths, not your weaknesses
    - Envy is a waste of time. You already have all you need.
    - Don't remind your partner of his/her mistakes of the past. That will ruin your present happiness.
    - Life is too short to waste precious time and energy hating.
    - Make peace with your past so it won't spoil the present
    - No one is in charge of your happiness except you
    - Realize that life is a school and you are here to learn. Problems are simply part of the curriculum that appear and fade away like algebra class, but the lessons you learn will last a lifetime.
    - Learn to forgive yourself
    - You don't have to win every argument. Agree to disagree.
    - Focus on the positive. Nobody gets to be wrong. This takes away from the positive things that can be built upon
    - By honouring your words you are honoured in this world
    - To be calm is the highest achievement of the self. A relaxed mind is a creative mind
    - Be proud of who you are
    - The mind is given to you, you are not given to the mind
    - Do not try to contain Love for Love cannot be contained
    - Modesty is the fortress of the heart

    Community:

    - Call your family often
    - Each day give something good to others, even it if its only a prayer
    - When in the company of others, be with them as though you were giving them a gift
    - Learn to forgive others
    - Spend time with people over the age of 70 & under the age of 6
    - Try to make at least three people smile each day
    - What other people think of you is none of your business
    - The art of happiness is to serve others
    - Your job won't take care of you when you are sick. Your family and friends will. Stay in touch.
    - Helping others takes away the focus from your own problems
    - Don’t give to get, but remember, that we get what we give
    - See the Soul and Divinity in everyone
    - Inspiring others towards happiness brings you happiness
    - See the Divine in all things or you risk not seeing the Divine at all
    - Recognise that the other person is You
    - True understanding/innerstanding/overstanding is found through compassion

    Life:

    - Do the right things
    - Get rid of anything that isn't useful or joyful in your life
    - The Divine Creator heals everything
    - However good or bad a situation is, it will change
    - No matter how you feel, get up, dress up and show up
    - The best is yet to come
    - When you awake alive in the morning, thank the Supreme Creator and the Ancestors for the experience of life
    - Your Inner most is always happy. So, be happy.
    - Learn to love yourself unconditionally
    - Love what is ahead by loving what has come before
    - Wisdom becomes knowledge when it becomes your own personal experience
    - Bliss is a constant state of mind undisturbed by loss or gain
    - Learn something new everyday
    - Every relationship offers an opportunity for growth. Learn to look for the lessons.
    - Be grateful even in hardships, setbacks and bad people. Dealing with such obstacles is an essential part of training in the Art of Peace

    yes this is so right

but if you say read books i say don't read just anything
because if you're going to say don't watch TV will some books have TV type affect to them as well as TV at times has enlightening programming

but to be honest here's the problem we don't really control our health

our water is piped in (in your case bottled lol)

the even the food that's grown on trees picked from the matrix is suspect

that's where problem lies health affects the personality, community, and life

and you can overstand why personalites and communties and lives are ALL jacked up because of the health factor

i DO appreciate what you've put forth, now if you can't get this water
without all the extra stuff in it, and the food as well, the health will ALWAYS be affected, and therefore the personality, the community and the life

a chain reaction so we have to start from the bottom and work our way UP!

this is what 2012 is becoming a face off between Man vs Nature

    i appreciate you sista soul

    - Try not to be pessimistic. Pessimism is a negative energy and only serves to nurture the negative energies already existent in our inner and external world.

    - Do not force your beliefs and truths onto others. Truth will come to those when they are ready to receive it. "When the student is ready the master will appear".

    - Minds are locked up stores. Questions open them up.

    - Learn from our wrongs as well as our rights.

    - We should accept whatever adds to our wisdom irrespective of the nature of the source. There is no good in knowledge which is of no benefit. "Seek knowledge from here to India, etc"

    - If you want to know why someone or even yourself does a thing, check their/your actions, for actions are the outcome of our intentions.

    - Concentrate on the virtues of others rather than dwelling on the differences.

    - Don't do nothing because you feel you cannot make a difference in the world. This is self-defeating. Do what you can or do a little, it will make a difference to at least one person.

    um

i'm an optimist who wants our food void of poison and clean water

how am i a pessimist because i reflect the obvious?

i want the things you listed i also KNOW the the HEALTH of the food and water must be healthy in order for us to be healthy and the other points
personality, community and life will fall inline accordingly?

i overstand you can't force anything but we have to keep the info ready so when their ready it's there so they won't have to go far you know like you keeping these cups of fresh water coming

um i thought that's what we were doing here

transmutation - evolution - an evolution inside evolution

Dr. Sebi says it's not really what you eat but how you clean out.

Let love in and realize that there are just some things (and people) in life you can't change.

    um

smalllady i respect your comment and don't find it out of the question but

you don't find it strange that we NEED all this stuff?

my point was to get this solved at the point of attack

so i'm to ingest toxins and then clean them out?

how 'bout food with NO toxins:?:

i don't see where caring about yourself

    is not love

and you change anything, it might not be the change you desire, but everything you come in contact with in life, you CAN effect some change to it, it may be subtle or outlandish, but change none the less

like they say you can't change the system but there was a time we couldn't vote so i respectfully disagree with your statement

Unfortunately unless you have the money to buy organic ALL the time (sadly in order to eat and live healthy ya gotta pay up!) you are going to be consuming toxins. The air has toxins, the water too etc. Especially if you live in the USA you just can't escape these things.

I am just giving some solutions. If you want to avoid cancers, aids etc. make sure you have regular bowel movements. People have DIED from have 40-60 lbs of waste in their system and NEVER KNOWING!

You CAN'T change people. You can affect them but you can't change who they are (for the better) if they are stuck in their ways. The illusion of power is worse than having no power. I hate conspiracy theories so I won't even talk about the governments and their ilk.
