    Let Me Rip

Sick and tired and can't get a grip
So I pick up my pen and start to Rip

Tired of being reminded of things long gone
Sick of being taunted over all that went wrong

    Yes my heart is bleeding
    Yes my soul needs repair
But the pen can redeem me
My pen is how I share....

All the pain the world produces
    I tuck it deep inside
All the hurt you thrust upon me
    All the times you lied

So I let the anger seap from my pen's pointed tip
I pick up my pen and let it Rip

My pen can spit the venom
My heart really wants to relay
But my heart can't do the talking
    So my pen says okay

    Mighty blows of pain
    Venom lethal as cocaine
My pen produces from its tip

So I pick up my pen

    ...Let me Rip

Such a release, isn't it? Picking up that pen and letting it flow. I liked the energy you brought to this piece poet.

    Deepy

I saw that you responded to my poem Thinking about killing (i need prayer)
And I definitely needed prayer at that time in my life. And going through all the things I went through and am still going through has really strengthened my belief in the power of prayer.

I thank everyone at Destee for praying for me cause a sister really needed prayer.

Thats why I like it here so much cause you can really feel the love.....
