    In the morning at four
    I smelled it not
Neither did I appreciate it’s sweeter of taste

    In the evening at two
    I noticed that mine
was sweeter than many of you

    And still appreciated it not

As the clock is still on two
    It’s aroma I did smell

As friends and foe of four, two, and three would
    Loose their taste and smell

    In confusion
    My cup did sour fast

    Although the evening of three
I do not wish to see
    It approaches never the less

Before day is done and the hour is none
    I must consider these things

Ignorance in my legs of four can be forgiven

But in my afternoon of two legs
not to smell and taste it’s flavors in full
Would be a foolish thing indeed

When my evenings cane shall make the leg of three
What then should be said of me

    (NO REGREATS)

Glad to see you feeling this one, my thoughts were some what jumbled and abstract but if you have stumbled across the riddle before than you can at least see where I am trying to go.
    Thanks for the read

    So'ja
I can't believe you cant flow wit me on dis one. My inference to smell and taste is to the smell and taste of life. The four, two and three is probably the twist that makes no sence.
I took this from an old poem or riddle I realy dont remember which, but the question is "what has four in the morning two at noon and three in the evining?)
I almost forgot it was your poem about living that made me write this **** (LOL) so you gots to get it.

The answer to the riddle is (A Man).
In the morning of manhood a child walks on all four. In his noon he stands upright and walks on two legs but in his evening he needs a cane equaling three.
