    David Owens was young, black and wearing a hoodie—and it landed him six weeks in jail after he was charged with a felony he did not commit, a new federal lawsuit filed in New York City alleges.

    Correct ... And for saying this; I've been scolded, but, one way or another, we will receive Reparations. Whether through civil lawsuits of wrongful deaths, or settlements of discrimination suits, we will get paid for the free labor our Ancestors provided in building America.
